Organize all materials like Pavers, Stone Dust, Vibrating Machine and Cutter atlaying site.
Keep the Stone Dust with moisture content. Do not use Stone Dust which is 100% dry.
Spread the Stone Dust at the laying areas giving appropriate slope to avoid water clogging.
A layer of 50mm stone dust should be spreaded for laying of paver blocks.
DISHA Premium Pavers are designed with 'NIBS' which provide definite gap between Pavers and helps in
water harvesting.
Complete laying operations has to be done on the same day. It is important to note that the laying
operations should not be done on piece meal basis.
Joints should be filled with dry sand, so that it flows better and fills joints effectively.
Edge locking : There should be adequate restraint around the perimeter of all paved area to support
traffic loads and to prevent the escape of laying course material from beneath the paved surface.
For every 10' of the laying area slope of 2" to 3" should be provided.
